Our consulting services range from helping a company identify and document their problem so it can be evaluated for potential solutions, to selecting a solution provider and overseeing the implementation of the solution. These services are offered independent of one another. We may need to complete only the analysis and prepare for you a clearly defined problem statement that you can use to carry yourself forward.

Facilitation of the solutioning process, and to the extent possible and/or when warranted, presentation of solutions that are agnostic to a specific software solution, so that our client is not limited in options.
IMPLEMENTATION
IMPLEMENTATION
Consultation on selecting a solution and overseeing the implementation of that solution. Most critical is helping to guide the client through the implementation process to avoid common mistakes, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and make informed decisions.
